Home Medicines Review
A free, bulk-billed medication review (MBS Item 900) for eligible patients, on referral from your GP. A credentialed pharmacist reviews all your medicines in your home to improve safety and get the most from your treatment.
Who is eligible?
For Medicare or DVA cardholders living in the community who may be at risk of medication misadventure — for example, those on five or more medicines, recently discharged from hospital, or seeing multiple prescribers.
